Terms & Conditions 

1. Gift voucher balance may only be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products on PRO STORE
2. The gift vouchers have an expiry period and shall be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of activation.
3. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for Cash and/or Cheque.
4. Partial redemption of the gift voucher is allowed and the balance will remain in Gift Voucher until expiry.
5.  Return, refund or exchange of gift vouchers is not offered.
6. Orders placed using gift vouchers are not eligible for cancellations.
7.  Unredeemed gift voucher value will stand forfeited post date of expiry and shall not be refunded.
8. Gift vouchers are the responsibility of the receiver. Any person in possession of the gift voucher code can redeem it for shopping on PRO STORE. Hence, distribution of the code is critical to avoid misuse.
9. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's gift voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid with credit card, net banking or debit card
10. For purchase of gift voucher via department order or Dealer payment mode, kindly do not club any merchandise in the same order. If done, please expect a delay of 24-48 hours to receive the code from the time of purchase. 
11. In case of department order, the code will be issued only after approval from the approving authority, hence you can expect a delay in receiving the code until approved.
