Return and Refund Policy
We are focused on creating a great customer experience by designing high quality products and an excellent online shopping experience. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- A product is eligible for return/refund/exchange only if the product received by the customer is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective or is different from their description on the product details page on the website, www.eicher-store.com or varies from the sample approved. Every effort is made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, when viewed on different digital screens, the end result may vary. So we will not consider requests for return/refund/exchange for colour variations
- Return/Refund will be processed only if:
• it is determined that the product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession;
• the product is not different from what was shipped to the customer;
• the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, invoice and all the accessories therein).
- Size exchange in apparels (shirts, t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) can only be made if size delivered to customer is different from the one they had selected while placing the order.
- To claim, please get in touch with our customer care helpline number +919810100308 or email id email@example.com within 2 working days of receiving the product(s). Please share the order number, order ID date of transaction, delivery address and image of the incorrectly delivered or defective item. Customer Support will acknowledge the return request after review within 1 business day.
- We will review the case and get back within 1 working day. If the claim is found to be correct then we will arrange a pick up of the product/s from the address same as the shipping address within 5-7 business days.
- We will replace the product/s within 7-10 business days of receiving the product or as per actual production timelines mentioned on the website www.eicher-store.com. Replacement would initiate after physical verification of returned product. If we are unable to replace the product due to non-availability, we will then refund the payment or cancel invoice within 5-7 business days after receiving the original product. The customer will be informed about the possibility within 2 business days of receiving the products.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via same source as the payment mode i.e., If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. However, If the payment mode was cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be mailed only to the billing address of the customer. Typically refunds are processed in less than 5-7 business days, but in case of payments by cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to the billing address.
- If transaction is processed more than once for the same order, the additional amount paid will be refunded via same source within 5-7 business days.
Cancellation Policy: Customer can cancel the order by sending us an email within 48 hours from the time the order was placed. Cancellation may not be accepted if production has been initiated or shipment has been dispatched. If accepted, refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
- This policy is only for customers in India and we would be unable to provide exchange, returns and/or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping cost.
