Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

- Delivery destination and courier partner’s service coverage

Estimated timelines are displayed on each product page once you enter your pincode.

 

3. Delivery Date Variations

 

In rare cases, delivery dates may extend beyond the stated time due to:
- National or regional holidays between order and dispatch
- Non-operational days of courier partners (Sundays or holidays)
These exceptions are factored into the estimated delivery schedule shown at checkout.

 

4. Hidden or Additional Charges

 

There are no hidden charges when purchasing from Eicher Pro Store.

Prices displayed on the product page are final and all-inclusive.

Delivery, handling, or packaging fees (if applicable) will be shown separately before confirming your order, in accordance with the seller’s shipping policy.

 

5. Variation in Delivery Timelines

 

Delivery timelines may differ across sellers due to:
- Product stock status
- Seller’s warehouse location

- Courier partner delivery capabilities

6. Service Availability

7. Cash on Delivery (CoD)

 

Currently, Cash on Delivery (CoD) is not available on the Eicher Pro Store platform.

All transactions must be completed through the secure online payment options provided at checkout.

 

8. Returns & Pick-Up

 

To initiate a product return, please contact our Customer Support Team within the stipulated return period.

Where available, our logistics partners will arrange a pick-up.

If pick-up services are not supported in your area, you may return the item through an approved courier partner.

Return shipping charges are typically borne by the seller unless stated otherwise in the product return policy.

 

9. Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

 

If you receive a delivery confirmation (via SMS or Email) but have not received the item, please notify our support team within 24 hours.

We will coordinate with the seller and courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

 

10. Stock Status

 

- In Stock: Product is available and can be dispatched within standard timelines (usually 2–6 business days depending on your pincode).

- Out of Stock: Product is currently unavailable. You may check back later or contact support for updates on availability.

 

11. International Shipping

 

Eicher Pro Store currently does not support international delivery.

Orders can, however, be placed from abroad using eligible international debit or credit cards, provided the delivery address is within India.
